摆脱吴尊、汪东城阴霾，炎亚纶首度独挑大梁拍八大偶像剧「霹雳MIT」，前晚跑完跨年晚会、签名会，随即开工拍戏，拍到昨天深夜，整整48小时未阖眼，炎亚纶不禁苦叹：「男主角不好当！」
昨天元旦炎亚纶开工拍戏，前天他因准备跨年晚会，随后马不停蹄赶场，紧接著又举办签名会，一签就签到昨天清晨5点多，再驱车赶回台北松山菸厂拍戏，炎亚纶苦笑说：「前天早上10点起床到现在，只有在车上小眯一下，根本没时间睡觉。」
足足48小时未阖眼，炎亚纶趁空档猛啃剧本，不过，依然敌不过周公召唤，几度边背剧本边打瞌睡，只好和黑涩会美眉「鬼鬼」哈拉，试图打起精神，炎亚纶忍不住故作抱怨：「为何元旦要开工啊？！」在工作人员叫他：「男主角！」才笑逐颜开。
炎亚纶忙拍戏，「飞轮海」吴尊、汪东城跑完跨年也随即投入拍戏，汪东城则在台北县三芝海边拍戏，冷锋过境，他说已经冷到没知觉。
炎亚纶终於不支在车上睡著.

Coming out from the shadows of Wu Zun and Jiro, Arron went on to take up the challenge of acting in the idol drama, “Thunderbolt MIT”, for the first time. The night before, he had to make appearance in New Year Eve Countdown Celebrations, autograph sessions and followed by shooting of the drama scenes. They filmed till late night yesterday and Arron did not close his eyes for a whooping 48 hrs. Arron exclaimed that it was not easy being the male lead.
Yesterday, Arron started to film for his idol drama, and due to the preparations for New Year Countdown Celebrations the day before, he had to rush continuously for the various event locations. In addition, the celebrations followed up with autograph sessions and the signing took place till 5am. Following that, he had to return swiftly to Taipei Song San Yu Chang for filming. Arron smiled bitterly and said, “I woke up the day before at 10am and only closed my eyes for a short while, there was no time for me to sleep.”
Arron did not close his eyes for a total of 48 hours and took the free time to go through his scripts. However, he still could not resist the temptation of falling asleep and dozed off for a few times when memorizing the script. He could only chat with Gui Gui from Hei Sei Hui and tried to refrain from sleeping, Arron complained, “Why do we still have to work on New Year?!” When the crew called him, “Male Lead!”, he started to smile happily.
Arron was busy filming for drama, Fahrenheit’s Wu Zun and Jiro proceeded to film as well after the New Year Eve Countdown Celebrations. Jiro was filming at Tai Pei Xian San Zhi seaside and the weather then was freezing. He mentioned that the weather had become so cold that he became unfeeling towards it.
Arron could not take it anymore and fell asleep on the car.
